It is an internet marketing for Komodo National Park tour and Flores island. It was operating especially for tour packages both overland tour and oversea tour. It was supporting by great experienced and knowledgeable for our team. We are local tour operator which is based in Labuan Bajo. Our teams will provide best information and service for clients satisfactions as our goal. We would like to list some main points of the terms and conditions to escape something that will be happen suddenly and any misunderstanding before you take a decision to do your tour with us in Komodo National Park and Flores Island of East Nusa Tenggara.
- Reservation:
If you want to make the reservation or need more information. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly on our email address or WhatsApp message. A fixed booking is better thing to help us for preparing all components needed during your tour in Komodo National Park and Flores island.
- Communication:
Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by email or telephone after our program is fixed. We will reply all your email/message within at least 2 x 24 hours.
- Deposit & Payment:
To confirm your booking tour with us, please make a 40% deposit of the total amount in advance and 60% rest of payment will be paid on the day of arrival in Flores Island. Payment could be paid either in Indonesian Rupiah cash, US dollar cash, Euro cash, based on the current exchange rate. We will send you our account details to your email address. Please note that we don’t take any responsibility over the payment of bank fees resulting from the transfer of funds. Any such fees are your responsibility.
- Cancellation:
Save Komodo Tour will charge you with full payment when you are no show on arrival date or very late confirmation. We will charge you 40% when you make cancellation 6 days before your arrival date to cover all bookings.
- Refund
No refund for unused service.
- Responsibility:
Save Komodo Tour is a tour operator based in Labuan Bajo. It only acts as a operator for your tours in Indonesia especially in Komodo National Park and Flores tour. We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or his property, delay, or change in itinerary, those are beyond our control. From innermost heart we suggest you to take your own insurance during holiday time. We reserve the right way to change or cancel a program with or without advance notice if it is in the best interest of all concerned
